I am Italian and love all Italian food. Well, almost all Italian food. We can just say it’s my favorite.
This is something my husband makes for me that is so simple and yet so delicious that is always a staple at our big Italian feasts.
Fresh Mozzerella
Fresh Basil – dry is fine as well
2 large tomatoes
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
How to make:
Slice tomatoes into thin slices.
Slice Mozzarella into equal slices as tomatoes.
Place alternating tomatoes and mozzarella on to place in a circle.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Place fresh basil or sprinkle with basil on top.
Serve and enjoy.
